Die SPS Stiftung und die Architekten Hemmi Fayet haben uns damit beauftragt, eine 55 Meter lange Passarelle zu bauen. Wir freuen uns über diesen Auftrag und sind stolz auf das Vertrauen, das uns die Auftraggeber entgegenbringen.

Ground-breaking ceremony for clinic’s additional building

On October 1, representatives from the SPS Foundation and the paraplegic centre officially marked the start of the construction project, which is expected to take about four years.

Green light for footbridge

The foundation council and project committee approved the building loan for the construction of the footbridge between the Seminarhotel Sempachersee (SHS) and the Guido Zäch Institute (GZI). Construction is due to last six months.

Project scope

New construction of a footbridge measuring 55 metres in length and three metres wide between the Seminarhotel Sempachersee (SHS) and the Guido Zäch Institute (GZI). New connecting structure to SHS with lift from basement to footbridge. Weight: approx. 60 tonnes, height from ground: 14 metres. The connecting structure is bright, protected against the weather, and wheelchair-accessible. It also offers direct access to the new underground car park that is planned.
