  • Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade in Baubronze

    Zwischen den älteren Sandsteingebäuden an der Zürcher Bahnhofstrasse sticht die braune Metall-Glas-Konstruktion des Modissa-Hauses hervor. 40 Jahre nach seiner Erstellung wurde das Gebäude unter Denkmalschutz gestellt und innen einem Totalumbau unterzogen. Die Krapf AG baute die neue Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade in Baubronze und setzte automatisierte rahmenlose Schiebeflügel von air-lux ein.
