air-lux: a piece of architecture developed by Krapf
In our factory in the Swiss town of Engelburg, we have been manufacturing the air-lux sliding casement window system with unique sealing concept and sliding casement windows available in sizes up to 18 m2 since 2004.
Whether for private homes, high-rises, commercial buildings or special solutions, air-lux stands for quality from a single source – from development and planning to production and on-site installation. To date over 3,500 air-lux sliding casement windows have been fitted worldwide. With different configurations, special opening options and innovative solutions, air-lux offers the flexibility to make the individual ideas and wishes of architects and builders a reality.
Functionality and quality
air-lux is planned and produced in-house and installed by our own teams. Since the first installation in 2004, over 3,500 sliding casement windows have been installed. And this experience shows: air-lux offers the highest functionality and quality, is the leading provider in terms of sliding casement window size, and achieves top marks in product testing.
Impermeability, safety and robustness
With their patented pneumatic sealing system, air-lux sliding windows achieve the highest level of impermeability in the industry. The craftsmanship of the robust, refined aluminium frames is augmented by the highest quality standards. air-lux can be adapted to individual safety requirements up to RC3.
Flexible opening technologies
Sliding casement windows and fixed glazing can be employed with varying arrangements, elements and opening types.
