Modissa clothing store, Zurich

The store features an architectural bronze mullion-transom façade that runs along the lower two floors. With glass-only joints in place of profiles, the façade is an architectural eye-catcher.
The building's listed exterior remains unchanged: electrochromic glass has been built into the façade between the second and fifth floors. This can be electronically tinted to various degrees and allows unobstructed views to the outside at all times with no shading necessary. The rooftop restaurant has been fitted with frameless architectural bronze air-lux sliding windows.
