The created composition of the 3 structures reveals itself through its simplicity and clean shape. The interior of the buildings is an open space with non-supporting room dividers.

There are non-supporting elements within the shell, flexibility in the space allocation, dramatic guiding of the light through openings in the shell as well as an inner courtyard surrounded by a glass wall system always allowing a view of the Pacific.
