The size of the building sets high requirements for the outer appearance. The volume is broken by the varying façade depths, protruding bands, shadows and alternating materials.

Façade cladding: 4,100 m2. Main façade 2,000 m2 in transom-mullion construction, partially with fire protection, Alucobond cladding, 800 m2 rear-ventilated glass and panel sections, 1,000 m2 of corrugated panel façade, as well as doors and windows with heat and smoke extraction.
